Arrival times:
Check in: 16-19 Uhr, we ask 5 euro for every hour more we will wait.
Check out: bis 10.30 Uhr, 1 day more to pay if You don’t ask if it’s possible to stay more in Your room.
Of course we meet special needs.
Please, we ask you to inform the B&B Al Fiume about your Arrival the day before.
Upon arrival each guest is asked to present a valid ID card for the registration in accordance with the applicable provisions of law.
The full payment of the staying must be made by bank at the moment of Your reservation.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 a.m. To 9.30 a.m.
Bed Sheets will be changed every week and bathroom’s Towels when You need it.
We ask you to respect the rules of good neighborhood not making loud noises, from 10 p.m to 8 a.m. (in the night) and from 2 p.m to 4 p.m (in the afternoon).
Arrived at the B&B you will receive the password for the Wi-Fi network and the Keys of B&B (in case of keys’ lost there will be a penalty of € 300 to change the lock).
Please have respect of the furnitures and objects of the owners of the house.
Please do not use hair dye and nail polish in the shower and sinks.
Any damage done by the tenant to the facilities and things must be refound.
The kitchen (apartment El Spezial) can be used after consultation with the owners and it cost 30 euro more.
Smoking is not permitted in all areas.
We inform our guests that Provincia di Trento has introduced a “turist tax” of 1.50€ per person per day.
